*Providing a good standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
*Carrying out routine maintenance as part of the day-to-day running of Market House.
*Being Responsible for the general security of the building and assets as a registered key holder.
*Carrying out regular checks on the building and report any damage to the manager.
*Over seeing the use and storage of furniture and equipment by hirers.
